Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across the UK takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
(You can expect your parcel within 4–7 days total from the date of order.)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number within 24–48 hours via email.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning VAT and import duties are included in your purchase price. You won’t be charged any extra upon delivery.
